What the forms collect

The package inquiry form collects your contact details, preferred contact method, date, group size, package, occasion and any special requests. Inquiries are saved in the private management workspace for follow-up. The job application form collects your name, cellphone number, preferred phone or text reply, role, relevant experience and any optional notes. It does not request email, a résumé, availability or certificates. Our team discusses next steps directly by phone or text. Please do not include identity documents, financial information or other sensitive records.

How information is used

Details are used to review and follow up on the request or application you submit. These records are stored separately. Management access requires authentication. Any résumé attachments from earlier applications remain private and are available only through authenticated management access. Submissions are retained in the private management workspace. When email delivery is configured, submitted form fields are emailed to the venue’s authorized recipient through its approved email delivery provider. Hosting and email providers process these fields to store and deliver the submission. Internal management notes and record identifiers are not included. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Gmail phone alerts depend on the recipient’s device settings; SMS notifications are not connected.

Storage and control

Records are stored in the website’s private management database. The management workspace supports record removal and backups. Deleting an application also removes its attached résumé from the active database. Downloaded backups include attached résumés and must be managed separately under the same retention policy.

Cookies and storage

Essential session cookies protect management access. Browser storage remembers this cookie notice, limits the introductory animation and displays a submission reference after a successful inquiry or application. Analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled. You can reopen this notice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
